For the past seven years we have been providing free online resources for rental property owners and tenants in Wisconsin such as free apartments for rent listings, for sale by owner listings and forms for managers. Links to our Wisconsin sites. We are in the process of publishing similar sites for the rest of the nation.
Why do we do this? Having more owners listing vacancies makes our site more valuable to prospective tenants, thereby giving our vacancies more exposure while at the same time helping expand the sense of community among property owners. It's a real win - win for everyone.
We host a library of articles on topics like management, filling vacancies, buying investment properties, mortgages and finance, management, property services, sources of materials and services.
